Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your personal airport representative and private chauffeur. - You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time before the scheduled departure date. All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing, either via email or by registered/recorded post.
- If you choose to cancel by email, it is your responsibility to ensure that you receive and retain a written confirmation of receipt from us as proof that the cancellation has been acknowledged.
- Upon cancellation, a cancellation charge will apply. This fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total holiday cost, based on the date on which your written cancellation notice is received by post or the date your email cancellation is formally acknowledged by us.
